Do you offer any prepaid daycare options or other deals?
Unfortunately, no. It’s our policy to charge daycare on a daily basis to avoid making you pay for daycare you may or may not use in the future.
Can I come in to see the play yards and the room my dog will be staying in for the day?
Yes, of course! We give tours any day of the week. The best times for a tour are between 10am and 3pm.
My dog needs a bath/groom. Can he get that and playtime?
Yes, of course! If your dog just needs a bath and brush, give us a call and we can schedule that for you. Let us know you would like your dog to get playtime before the bath and tell us what time you’ll be picking him up. We’ll make sure he gets plenty of [...]
What happens if I don’t pick up my dog by 6pm?
If something happens and you’re unable to pick up your dog before we close at 6pm, your dog is more than welcome to stay the night with us. You can pick him up when we open the next day or let him stay for another day of play! Here are our boarding rates.
Do you offer half-day rates?
Unfortunately, no.
Do you have daycare on Saturdays? What are your hours?
Yes! Daycare on Saturday is no different than regular business days. We’re open from 7am to 6pm, feel free to drop-off and pick-up anytime between then.

My dog requires medication at specific times. Can you administer that?
Of course! Bring the medication in the original container with dosage instructions and we’ll be sure to administer it accordingly!
My dog normally eats lunch. If I bring his food in, will you feed him?
Of course! Bring in a zip-lock bag of food and let us know what time he normally eats and we’ll feed him using our own stainless steel bowls.
Do I need to call and make a reservation for daycare?
Nope! No reservation needed for daycare, we always have room! Bring your dog in for temperament testing today!!
